The architectural features of each campus building, from Gothic to mid-century modern, serve as a testament to Muhlenbergâs unique identity.
Thanks to the architects, planners, fundraisers, and construction crews, each building has been endowed with a rich beginning and an even richer, storied history that has served well our students, alumni, faculty, and administration.
Muhlenbergâs archives hold the records of these historical campus buildings, and in the Fall 2017 semester, students in COM 231: Documentary Research mined these resources to find the stories of the buildings and their inhabitants, creating documentaries that illuminate the places where generations have lived, worked, and learned.
